At Pets-N-You, our #1 priority is the health and wellbeing of our animals. In our care, we regularly monitor the development and welfare of each puppy, because we want our customers to have the best experience possible when bringing home the newest member of their family.

All of our puppies come from licensed and inspected kennels or from private owners. Once a puppy comes into our care, we take one to two weeks to evaluate the puppy before even making the puppy available to our customers. During that time, we make sure the puppy is active, friendly, eating well, and has no signs of health issues. We also administer all shots and wormings the puppy needs until the time they leave for their new home.

Each of our puppies is covered under the 30-Day Pennsylvania Health Guarantee. Unlike our competitors, we also offer an additional 1-Year Health Guarantee (for a reasonable charge) with every puppy. Serious health problems are very seldom found in the first 30 days. We believe our customers should be protected as well as their puppy. That’s why if there is a valid claim, our customers get to keep their puppy and also receive another puppy of equal value of their choice.

The Brill family is proud to own and operate: Tropic Pet Center, Pets-N-You, Pet Palace and Puppies & More. Randy Brill started in the pet business in 1970 with his first store Tropic Pet Center, Main Street, Wilkes-Barre. Over the years, his wife Sharon Brill has become a “jack of all trades” helping out wherever there is a need. Their son, Dave Brill, joined the family business fulltime 25 years ago, but he jokes that there isn’t a time he remembers not being involved with the family business.

“Our family business is successful because of our extended family – our employees,” said Dave. “We could not have done this over the past 50 plus years, without our employees’ dedication, support and the tremendous care they give to our animals.”
